I was notified from Swell/Transervion regarding a Logistic Manager jobI accepted the job and processed 100% of my ordersOnce my probationary period was over (days) and packages had been shipped, the company refused to pay me my monies dueFirst, they said it was problem with their account with Bank of America, then they said I had not processed all of the orders, which I had done so and they still refuse to pay me for the 1st daysEach day that I contacted payroll, they insisted that the check had been mailed by ADP but refused to give me a contact name at ADPThis is a web scam and they are using fraudulent internet credit card orders to place these ordersPlease beware that this is NOT a legitimate company
these ppl are scammers they contacted me about a job for to be a logistic manager and said after days that I would be paid I was suppose to be paid on 6/18/they claim they send a check from the 22nd of june still no check I asked for tracking and still nothing they are scammers the supervisor name is lesley bates and the payroll manager name is frances mason this company is a legit company but the people they are using the name to scam people I also have mails with different individuals name on in from paypal

When I bought the product, there was no restriction on the promo code and I was able to check out without any problem. They cancelled my order without informing me. They accepted it was an error and it was their fault but they should have honored the promo code since it was their fault and not mine. I expected a better customer service from swell.

With "lost Packages" it is our policy to file a claim 5 with the courier 5 days after "delivery date" This is to insure that the package is in fact missing. Most of the time roomates/other members of the household, leasing offices, etc have received package and did not notify the recipient. Once we...
submit the claim it takes about 5 business days to get a response, at this time we decide whether we issue a store credit or reship the items. Customer contacted us on 4/8/15 the day the item was scheduled to arrive. We filed the claim on 4/13/15 received a response on 4/20 from USPS that the package was delivered to the shipping address the customer had given us. Since the customer still claimed that she hadn't received the package a store credit wa then issued to her account. The credit has been available since 4/20/15. We do not issue refunds for packages that we have received delivery confirmation for. [redacted] Customer Service Supervisor
