Tony strung me along for 4 months because he was busy and our issue was not an immediate issue that caused our geo thermal system to fail or not work. He said he would take care of us in September when he slowed down. I called the middle of September to see when he could do it and he stated he had a big project and would do it the first week in october. Well here it is the middle of October and myself and my wife have called him 5 times over the last two weeks and left messages for him to call us back so this could be fixed before the ground freezes and we have an issue and have no heat. He has yet to call us and its forced us to now need to call another company and pay new diagnostic charges. Tony refusing to speak to us and not letting us know he could t or would t do the job and leaving us out to dry is unprofessional and shows he only cares about his big company projects and not his homeowners.
