I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[the owners response (his side of the story) is falseYes I forgot key fob in my purse ( the car was running -simple mistake - no need to take it out on me personally)The car was not hand washed, it went through the machineI received a call for my keys and a worker ( who knew where I was) met me before I could walk back over and the first thing I did was apologizeThe workers went to get manager because I requested himMy complaint was that the car was not finishedThere was still wax on the car and still dirty in spotsIf I pay extra, I want extraThe workers did not understand my English, so I asked for the manager to let him know the problem He came out with an attitude (because I forgot to leave my key fob) and was just plain rudeUnnecessary]

To whom it may concernFirst off [redacted] left with her keys.  We had to shut down the carwash for 15 min.  We had cars in the tunnel and cars waiting on line.  When we finally found [redacted] she did not even say sorry.  Then we hand washed her car. She came into the cashier and was...

very aggressive and said we scratched her car.  So the cashiers came and got me I went out with her and said where did we scratch your car she could not find a scratch. Then said car was not done. I said show me what needs to be done. She did not like my attitude so I had one of my employees go over her car with her. She got everything she paid for plus.
