The buyer returned to us a different item, and the packaging of this wrong item was not proper - the item arrived with dent on the left handle
We have the case opened
in *** claims resolution center; *** recently issued a refund, and we just appealed the decisionThis case is still under investigation

Review: I ordered a bread board from them on [redacted]. The item I received was not the item advertised, but it was similar. The item arrived with serious damage and was unsuitable for use. I returned the item to them as I received it, with all original accessories. When they received the return they refused to issue a replacement or a refund. Now they have my money AND the item and I am out the cost of shipping the return back to them on top of that!Desired Settlement: I wanted the item replaced, but now they are trying to scam me out of my money and keep the item. I would prefer a refund so that I can purchase it elsewhere and not have to deal with people like this.
