Sweet Smiles Photo Booth

Review: We have hired Sweet Smiles Photo Booth as a vendor for our wedding. We cannot get ahold of them. Their website is no longer up. They have cashed our check for the deposit. We have looked online and have seen another complaint of the same issue of them not showing up a wedding in March 2014, no call and they cashed their check as well. It looks like they take peoples money and run.Desired Settlement: We would like to get our $200 deposit back.

Review: My daughter Becky Homan had arranged with [redacted] owner of Sweet Smiles Photo Booth to bring her photo booth to her wedding on May 18, 2014. I paid the deposit of $125.00 to [redacted] on November 26, 2013.The balance of $125.00 was due 7 days prior to the event. My daughter emailed Anita more than 7 days prior to the event to confirm the balance amount and that she will be at the wedding. My daughter and I both tried calling Anita also, leaving messages for her to call us back. We never got a response to the email sent and she never returned any phone calls. My daughter and I both tried looking her up on the internet again and found that her website was gone. My daughter also found through a review where she did not show up to someone elses wedding in March. We continued to call Anita the week before the wedding. The night before the wedding we were able to book another photo booth but at twice the cost.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund for the deposit of $125.00.

Review: I hired Sweet Smiles Photobooth for my wedding on August 02, 2014 and they never showed up! They disconnected their business phones and no one responded to my emails after I had made the final payment for the service! [redacted]'s, the owner of the business, has a cell phone number that is no longer in service! I believe their business is a scan and I would like a full refund of my money since they never followed through on their end of the contract to show up at the event!Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in full which amounts to $549.00 since no one showed up to my wedding with a photobooth.
