Sweet Serenity

Review: I purchased two gift certificates in 2012 which was a promotional package from [redacted] on [redacted] channel * (total of $200, purchased for $100) and I have tried numerous times to schedule a services with them. I left messages and tried calling all hours of the day for the past 2 years. No one has answered the phone or gotten back to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the gift certificates.
