Sweet Sassafras Photography

This person is so unprofessional. After waiting 8 weeks to hear ANY word from here about our wedding photos she contacts me and tells me that over half of them were "lost"! She didn't bother during that time to let me know. She gave no compensation and would not respond to any correspondence about how she broke contract and rrefused to refund any money. We also paid her extra to stay an hour after her normal time and she did not refund anything...we got no pictures of the reception or family/bridesmaid photos!!! Terrible experience I'm still hurt and upset by.
