Review: 1.AC went out on building a few times. AC belongs to property owner so has to go through him. Property management and owner had to replace and refused to buy if we didnt sign for a rent increase and extend lease for TWO years. extortion- had no choice due to swelling temps and our clients. no clients no rent $. 2.Commercial building with a residential apartment above property. Leak from above tenant caused swelling and leaking to our ceiling. Property management company released the water swelling then proceeded to dig into ceiling and then left hole for since april 2014. We are small cafe and we have asked for repair numerously due to health dept. Even after tenant vacated and the apartment was empty for over 3 months, repairs still not done. Property management company can not maintain/keep a repair company to fix. The building is over a hundred so having an open hole could have released asbestos, etcDesired Settlement: Break in lease if needed for being extorted into a two extra years. plus we wanted Revdex.com to know about the extortion
