Her customer service and product turn around time is non existent. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received my package. Nor has she communicated with me. Don’t support her

Good evening..I am writing you in regards to me not receiving a refund or either the garments I ordered from sweetjennah.com.. I have ordered a total of 5 over garments prior to this order that I still have not received.. I placed an order for 2 over garments on July 14, 2019 on the website.. The turnaround time states 2 weeks give or take to receive the garments.. Being as though I’ve ran into the problems before with the order taking a long time, I reached out to Ms.Jennah at least 3 times with no response at all.. I then sent another text stating this is not how you do business with a paying customer.. I was so frustrated, I told her to keep the money I spent and the garments.. After, gathering myself I reached back out to Jennah about the garments.. She finally responded saying she texted and called me, which I have no record in my call log.. She then said she’d issue me a refund, I told her I want the garments instead since I have been waiting over a month.. I have even went so far as to apologize, if I offended her by inquiring about the garments after a months time..Nevertheless, I still don’t have the garments or a refund as of 8/19/2019..

I purchased a dress from the seller. Upon me getting to the store, the merchant sold the dress that I paided for. She offered me a necklace for good faith. The merchant then instructed me that she would mail the dress that Monday. That Thursday, came and gone and still nothing. I reached out to the merchant with email and messaging and the selle caught an attitude. Avoided my messages. She then opted to give me a refund but to no avail it wasnt able to be proccessed bc the seller didnt have the available funds in the account. So thats an additional 7 days I have to wait. This seller doesnt have good customer service skills and lack consideration.
