have any knowledge that Ms [redacted] had a problem or complaint for the work performed. I did not get any calls or messages from Ms [redacted]. I contacted Ms [redacted] on 04/28/14 and made an appointment for 05/03/14 to inspect the tub and honor the warranty if the problem is indeed poor product performance or workmanship.
I will repair, redo, or refund the payment after inspecting and confirming that the complaint is valid. I will post the outcome after inspection and repair. We have a proven track record or high performance and great service. We seldom have any issues with the products we use, and when we do, we honor the warranty and redo the job as soon as possible.
