The attached emails include the responses back and forth between the customerWe have warrantied the light no problem even though the lights did not pass the warranty inspectionThere was a hole in the light put in after we already sealed themYou can see in the pictures and emails that we immediately notified the customer of the issue, as we were not the ones to put the headlights in the vehicleWe still warrantied the light and product even though the moisture was not our issueThe customer recently had another issue with this [redacted] that we responded to as quickly as possible and notified him we can warranty it right awayWe have not denied the customer any warranty at all, and we try to get back to him as quickly as possible
