immediately notified the customer of the issue, as we were not the ones to put the headlights in the vehicle. We still warrantied the light and product even though the moisture was not our issue. The customer recently had another issue with this ** that we responded to as quickly as possible and notified him we can warranty it right away. We have not denied the customer any warranty at all, and we try to get back to him as quickly as possible.
