Our office management here at 1st Class Sleep Diagnostic Center has received your notice of complaint about our business on ID ***.On May 16, The patient was called by one of our representatives here as a part of a follow up call from the voicemail he left usThe patient disputed the
charge and I was sent a message to immediately look into the accountUpon review of the charges I noticed the balance was incorrect, as there were adjustments made on multiple accounts at the end of and it resulted in invalid balances on his accountI wrote $off and then sent a message back to the representative to call him back as soon as possibleWe made an attempt on that exact day to reach out to him to let him know it was written off and had to leave a voicemailUpon receiving this complaint, I tried to reach out to him, but had to leave yet another message for him to call us back. As for the amount he paid in December, that was due in full as it was an amount that was applied to his annual deductibleThis amount cannot be refunded. future.We assured him that his account was already adjusted off and updated as it was incorrectly processed. The patient verified the email address we had on file for him and a full account statement was immediately sent for him to review and keep for his records.
