just rents rooms and we all have our own phone numbers. We have no receptionist. In the email client said she called and didn't receive a call back and said she reported me for not receiving a call back. Unfortunately, this could happen from time to time although we do our absolute best to return every phone call. We would never purposely not call someone back, as this is our profession and we all take it very serious.
