Horrible experience. Manicure tools were dirty and the master did not notice that. Tools are supposed to be sanitized after every customer as hygiene is extremely important for this procedure. However master was ready to operate with a dirty instrument. I asked to replace a tool and she tool a new one from the counter. Moreover, not sure if they cleaned that instrument after me or just put it back inside the package to avoid payment for the new tool. Extremely concern about safety of services provided by this salon.
