Hello, I received a letter dated April 15, in reference to a customer named above regarding a complaint about our service and prices advertisedThe customer made an appointment for her daughters scheduled for 1:PM and 1:PM on April 4th for shampoo and dry which is not an advertised service on our menu or brochure and the price starts at $depending on the length and thickness of hair and $for hot tool finish, which is advertised in our brochureThe customer also mentioned our advertised haircut is priced at $26.99, which is incorrectOur advertised price for our Sassy cut is $and we do inform the guest the price could be more depending on the length and thickness of hair, which is very rareThe services performed were only washblowdry, and hot tool finish and not a haircut since the guests were not scheduled for itThe price of the services should have been $each but the manager on duty charged $for each guestOur staff provided the services scheduled for and at no time during the appointment were we made aware that the guests also wanted a haircutWe apologize about any miscommunication

I went to sweet and sassy with my daughter and her friend in July of We purchased the ice cream social package and it indicated that we would get a $sassy buck and when we left they gave us a coupon for $off a $purchaseThat is not what the flyer said, I contacted corporate and they would not give me the $I filed a complaint against them with the consumer affairs and I was correct their ad was considered advertising and the company has to give me my $coupon and change there flyers from now onIf anyone else e experienced this they do owe you your money

We purchased the ice cream social package and it indicated that we would get a $5.00 sassy buck and when we left they gave us a coupon for $5.00 off a $25.00 purchase. That is not what the flyer said, I contacted corporate and they would not give me the $5.00. I filed a complaint against them with the consumer affairs and I was correct their ad was considered false advertising and the company has to give me my $5.00 coupon and change there flyers from now on. If anyone else e experienced this they do owe you your money.

an advertised service on our menu or brochure and the price starts at $24.95 depending on the length and thickness of hair and $24.95 for hot tool finish, which is advertised in our brochure. The customer also mentioned our advertised haircut is priced at $26.99, which is incorrect. Our advertised price for our Sassy cut is $25.95 and we do inform the guest the price could be more depending on the length and thickness of hair, which is very rare. The services performed were only wash. blowdry, and hot tool finish and not a haircut since the guests were not scheduled for it. The price of the services should have been $50.90 each but the manager on duty charged $35.00 for each guest. Our staff provided the services scheduled for and at no time during the appointment were we made aware that the guests also wanted a haircut. We apologize about any miscommunication.
