I called and spoke to owner that we are having issues with thermostat on our pellet stove, and she told me if under warranty that they can put other thermostat but we would have to pay labor, and I told her we just bought pellet stove, we got into an argument, and I asked her why representative who sold pellet stove did not inform us that stove needed a thermostat, we have another pellet stove and did not required thermostat.
