I purchased from Sweatsedo online in August 2013, I returned the entire order, due to sizing (items were to small). I returned the items within two weeks of the purchase receipt, via: [redacted]. I have a receipt from the [redacted] including insurance just in case the package was lost. I have not received a refund as of today October 22, 2013. I called Sweatsedo on numerous occasions, allowing this company to process my refund in a respectful time as promised by the associate who placed my order ([redacted]) and the manager ([redacted]). I am respectfully requesting a settlement from this company.Product_Or_Service: Sweatsuit(s) Desired SettlementTotal purchase price of goods / items returned including shipping handling and insurance fees. I would also like to be compensated for time I spent calling, and time waiting for refund that I have not received.Thank you.[redacted]Business Response Customer called for refund request, it was not properly passed through the channels on our end. Customer called 1 week later, refund issued in full that day along with confirmation email. Bank holds funds for 2-3 days then released to customer.
