Sweat and Glow Sauna

I have had my sweat n gliw infared sauna blanket not even a year and the box that heats the blanket went out.I contacted them several times and had no help but constantly sayi g they gave not received tge video I provided to show them how it is malfunctioning.For 200 dollars I would of hoped to been able to use it more... what a waste of money...
