Product delivered damaged/product doesn't work after opening package per company rep. No response after numerous attempts to contact for refund
Product received by fed ex damaged(see attached pics) spoke to *** she stated to let her know if product worked. After I sent email stating product did not work (see attached pics) and process for returning, I have had NO responses to my emails or have been able to get ahold of anyone by phone. I had numerous interaction before my product had an issue and now nothing. I also purchased the additional 1 year warranty for this product. So if anything they should have atleast honored that. I will include all pics/email correspondence below. For some reason it is not allowing me to attach all the email correspondence and pictures I have. Only allowing me one upload. However I will submit a separate email to the Revdex.com, the Revdex.com California and California State Department of Consumer Affairs with all the additional email attempts, pictures and invoice showing the total purchase price, including the one year warranty I purchased.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of *** to my Visa ending in *** After learning of this company's scamming activity online when I was unsuccessful at contacting anyone from the company, I no longer wish to even attempt to work with them. I attempted to do the right thing to return the product with numerous emails and due to their fraudulent practices after they received my $, I just want the refund and will return their product to the above CA address as soon as I receive it, if they even want it...it's completely defective

Sweat&Glo does not honor Warranties. Poor Customer Service.
I, *** M. ***, have left several messages regarding a replacement suana blanket. In a corresponding email with representative Catalina, Catalina said "she placed the tracking number herself and asked if I had received it. S&G will not answer their phone. I have left several voice messages nad have written several emails saying "No, I had not and still have not received a tracking number nor have I recieved the replacement". 1 month later, I am still waiting for someone to return my call or emails as to when I shall receive the replacement suana blanket. FYI: I also had purchased the 1 year warrenty with my original suana blanket. Will someone PLEASE tell me what happend to the replacement blankets that should have been shipped out more than 4 weeks ago. I am extremely unhappy with Sweat and Glow's customer service.

Purchased sauna, received defective unit. Refused my refund request still no replacement after 4 months! Scam!!
Purchased sauna blanket online 10/30/2019 with *** debit card ***. Received unit 11/14/2019 with broken zipper, no remote or instructions. After two uses one side of unit will not heat. At that point I requested a refund or replacement. Refused to give refund because I used unit two times. Told me for refund unit had to be unused & in original package. I never had original packaging it was only wrapped in bubble wrap when I received it. Told me they would send a replacement unit months ago. I have emailed back & forth several times & they tell me how sorry they are then give me shipping reference numbers that are for the remote only, that I finally received in December. Now in March they tell me the Coronavirus is an issue but I read everyday they are still selling on internet (Facebook & Instagram) & people are complaining they've ordered & not receiving unit. Now the last email I received I was told they opened new facility & can send me replacement. They also keep changing the name from Sweat and glow to glow and sweat plus couple other names. They are scamming people still everyday. I paid $179.00 my only receipt was email saying thank you & sauna blanket is on the way. I was willing to take a replacement (new not defective in original package) or a refund. I have been patient & still have neither... replacement or refund! I do have tons of emails showing my contact immediately to inform about defective unit. I have corresponded with *** from November to March. Now Caitlin is the name of person responding to me in March. They are scamming & ripping people off, this must stop please help.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund at this point because I'm concerned if I did finally receive a replacement it may be another defective unit that I would receive. If I'm guaranteed a new unit not defective then that would be ok, just feel I can't trust this company.

Received the product and box was damaged and contents also damaged, product did not work, reached out to them to get refund or replacement product. Sent video of broken product. Originally ordered on Dec 5 order number #***, int he amount of $178.95 with Visa. First reached out to them about defective product on Dec 28, they've been emailing back however we still have not received new product or refund...The contact name of employee or person is Andrea. Email chain is attached. I feel the runaround game is evident.

Desired Outcome

We at this time would like a refund on the product. Done with them and their *** customer service and junk product.

I am deeply sorry for this customers experience. We have let go of the customer service representative who handled this case. It is our responsibility to ensure all of our customer service representatives are giving the highest quality of service. We have hired a whole new team and ensure no customer will experience the "runaround" again. This customer received a refund immediately.

I purchased the sweat and glow sauna in November 2019 and received the product on 1.31.2020. I finally opened the sauna after 1 week and when I turned it on, it was not working properly. I contacted the vendor and also sent a video per their request and now they are saying it is out of warrant when I just opened it. This seller is a scam I paid $159. I asked for a replacement or a refund.

We are deeply sorry for the delay in shipping this customer experienced. The shipping delay was greatly due to the holiday season and overselling. To solve this issue for future customers, we have a new warehouse and processing system within the united states that ensures quick and efficient delivery. This customer has opened a chargeback, making us unable to initiate the refund at this time. We are reaching out to them to solve the issue as quick as possible.

I was sent a broken unit upon original purchase, and I've been told I will receive a replacement for months but it has yet to happen. I have a total of 42 emails back-and-forth with this company documenting my request over the last 2 1/2 months. They keep assuring me the new unit will arrive, but I'm feeling as though I got scammed When it didn't arrive, I proposed a refund, and they told me I had to send back the broken unit at my own expense; which will be close to $30 to ship. I'm wondering what to do. When I go online it looks as though the companies has a legitimate website, and legitimate reviews, but they have yet to help me and I feel like I'm being strung along. They claim they're domestic, but I think this is a Chinese company that's may be trying to rip people off?

Desired Outcome

Refund Originally I desired a replacement unit for the broken item I received. Now I am concerned about the legitimacy of this company and would just like a refund altogether. I've had a broken unit sitting in my closet for months, and I don't want to have to ship this back at my own cost since I received it broken to begin with. I'm concerned I got scammed. I wish I had purchased through Amazon or a retailer that could protect me as a consumer, but I appreciate anything you can do. Thank you.
