[redacted] contacted me and told me that she had cancelled her membership for our monthly wash program back in July. The day that I first spoke with Ms Jepson was sometime in the middle of September. She had explained to me that she cancelled her membership in July and was billed twice for 19.99 since cancelling. At that time she also explained to me that she had contacted her bank to get the money refunded. Swash has never refused to refunded [redacted] I explained to her that Swash Car Wash would have to wait for her bank to contact us, before any refunded would be given. I did not want to refund the money then have the bank chargeback the two payments of 19.99. [redacted] has chargedback two transactions in the amount of 19.99.
