We are trying to locate the package the customer has sent back. We can't seem to locate it as of yet. We will gladly give refund for items sent back.

because I left the conference venue 4 days ago, which is [redacted] I stayed in the conference hotel for 5nights, and requested the company to mail the package to the hotel as I ordered the items.          The hotel is [redacted]

At this moment, I can't follow the package instruction to do any thing. Please kindly just help me to get the money back. I purchased all the items for my church. I don't want my church lose money. Many thanks.         Is that possiable to request the company to contact the hotel for follow-up? I am rejecting this response because: I have attached proof of them receiving and signing for the returned package along with everything they requested I sent for their return policy

The package is on the way to the customer. Do to arrive on Wednesday of this week.  If they wish they can return it for a refund.
