I Love the whole package that comes with the website Swap.com. If you are selling, buying or trading merchandise it is a great site to visit. I would recommend it to everyone I know and then some. It has really fast responce time when ever you have a question regarding anything so you should give a look. :)

Hello Heidy, I greatly apologize for the inconvenience I've reviewed the return again, which is on RMA In reviewing the reasons for the return, I show that $was due to the reason of (Do Not Like)I show one item worth $was for (Item Not as Described - Item was velour, not fleece) Based on our Returns and Refunds Policy which is on our Help Center on our website, and noted in the seal at checkout, it clearly states that if the reason for (Do Not Like) is selected then a store refund would be provided That is why $was issued in store credit Due to the fact the one item was not as described with the material not as stated, that item of $was credited to your original form of payment I've attached our Returns and Refunds Policy from our Help Center for your review: [redacted] Our Returns and Refunds Policy changed the end of April, and the updates were online prior to that change I apologize that your original return did not state that any of the items were damaged, which is why the return was processed as it was I also apologize your store credit was not yet available on your purchase of $73.97, which you placed on August 8th The return was placed on August 6, and the store credit would not be applied until we received the return back to our warehouse Also, when you purchased the $in merchandise on August 8th, you checked out as a guest In order to utilize your store credit, which is now available, please access that under your account [redacted] This $will not expire Please make sure you utilize this account for checkout on your next purchase, so the store credit can automatically be applied Sincerely, Jen

Hello Vas, In reviewing your account in further detail, I show the following transpired regarding your payouts. It appears that the store credit payout had been set on your account, and at this time, that has been changed to cash payout. Your payout on 01/16/18 was payout id... [redacted] , and you received a store credit of $66.22. Your payout on 02/01/18 was payout id [redacted] and you received a store credit of $96.48. This equals a store credit of $162.70, of which $57.20 was utilized to purchase items on order [redacted] . We are unable to remove the store credit from your account, however it does not expire and you may utilize it at any time. Any future payouts will be paid in cash as I have double checked what setting has been selected on your account. As long as you do not change that, future payouts will be paid to your [redacted] account. If you had received a cash payout for these two payouts, the cash payout would have been $130.72 vs $162.70 you received. Sincerely,

I have used Swap.com several times now Each time, I've managed not to pay shipping for the items I purchased (great bonus!) On almost each order, I've had items that either did not fit or weren't exactly as I'd expected The return process was smooth, a prepaid label given and the refund sent quickly!
