I am rejecting this response because:I absolutely did NOT take the car to ANY mechanic...EVER....THIS IS A LIE!!!! *** took advantage of the fact that I am a woman without a mechanic....and he frauded me....I would like take a lie detector test to prove that that man is a liar! He NEVER offered to fix any of the issues wrong with the car ever...He is lying...because he apparently is aware pf the fact that he sold me a junk car!
We are writing in response to the complaint dated January 30, This customer purchased the vehicle on June 10, Before making the decision to purchase the vehicle she took it to her own mechanic to be inspectedwhen she returned, she said her mechanic didn't find any issues with the
vehicleShe was asked if she would like to purchase a warranty and declinedShe then signed an "as is" form stating she was aware it didn't have a warranty agreement with it.Pioneer Auto Sales was not aware of an issues with the vehicle until approximately January 25, when the customer called to state the vehicle was having transmission issuesIt was then that she told us about the ball jointsShe was told to bring the vehicle in for the mechanic to analyze the problem on January 28, She never showed up for her appointmentOn the following Monday we were told she had given the vehicle back to the bank.Any questions please contact the undersigned at (309) 693-1312.Sincerely,*** ***
