Yes we have, they took the car back because the motor was faulty and needed a $3000-$repairThey paid off that loan and applied the amount of that car’s value toward a vehicle of my choiceAre you satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter? Yes it took several phone calls and phone calls from the automotive repair shop before it was taken care of but it is taken care of to our satisfaction Regards, [redacted]

*** ***When I took my car in for my appointment I asked "Are you sure this wouldn't be covered under my warranty" and they said no because tires and breaks would be under their own manufacturers warrantyI was not told about the 12,mile thing until I had arrived thereThe only thing I was told prior to that was that I needed proof that my tires were rotated every 7,milesBetween the phone call and the appointment I contacted the places I had my oil changed to see if they had rotated my tires also but I was unable to obtain any documentation to prove thatWhen I arrived at my appointment they insisted that it would not be covered so I specifically said "then I don't want anything done with it." I only wanted to have the other electrical stuff done because I knew that would be under my warrantyInstead, they looked at my tires/brakes/etcanyways and charged me for it when I said I didn't want it doneI knew there would be a fee for it and I found the idea of paying them $70+ to tell me something I already knew ridiculous when I had requested it not be doneI did come in and pay the bill so that I could get my car back, however that's $that I could have put towards getting my car fixed and "don't have" to just be throwing away at a bogus billI would like a refund of the bill I paid because, as stated, I specifically said I didn't want it done since they insisted it wouldn't be under warranty
If you read the customer complaint she spells out the whole storyShe was told several times that the tires and rotors are only covered up to 12,milesShe insisted that we try to get the work done under warrantyWe told her several times that if the warranty didn't cover the
repair she would be responsible for the $diagnostic feeWe informed her of the fee when she called and made the appointment and twice when she brought her car inShe told us she doesn't have $to pay the billCustomer was well informed!

Review: in 2013 I bought a 2006 dodge 1500 from them that had no rust what so ever after washing this vehicle a year later it is full of rust
also the truck started to have problem such as 4 wheel drive making noise and cold air coming from under the dash and a few other issues they offered to inspect the whole truck for free including the engine. the front difrential leaks and the check engine light is on . I was told there is absolutely nothing wrong with the engine. although it misses, leaks fluid and many other things. when they looked at the truck for inspection they put two holes in the back seat. I was truly ripped of my these people and after asking many times to fix it and them saying they would make it right words spoken by craig Anderson nothing has been done I agree some of the things are caused by normal wear but they did nothing but cause more damage to the vehicle and offer us a 10 percent discount on fixing itDesired Settlement: I would like them to repair this vehicles engine problems and I would like them to paint it as this was rusty and covered up for resale when we bought it the intereior they need to fix or 5000.00 dollars of the price we originally paid to get this vehicle back to what it was

Response:
We broke no laws and no commitments. This situation arose when she was not given the trade in value she wanted.
We had no contact of any kind for a year. If there were issues they should have been addressed before this.
Review: I brought my vehicle to swant graber for the spark plugs to be changed. I was told it would only take a few hours and they took my name. They did not give me an estimate. I needed the vehicle for my wedding that weekend. The next morning when they did not contact me I contacted them. They told me that they were having trouble getting the number 6 plug off and they did not have time to work on it that day they had to many appts. I was upset about the time it would take as I needed this vehicle for our honeymoon. I told them to call me and let me know what had happened. ON Tuesday after no contact I called them and was told they had broke it off and would need to take it apart to fix it. Again they did not give me an estimate or let me know how long it would take. I told them to let me know what was going on. At this point I was out of town until sunday. Monday when there was still no word. I called and was told it would be 1000-1400 for the work they did. I was under the impression they were just doing the spark plugs. The lack of communication from their shop is terrible and had I known it was going to be that expensive I would have towed the vehicle and worked on it myself. I then asked for the parts and was told they thew them away. When we got there they were looking in the garbage for them. How do I even know they came off my vehcile? They are trying to say we knew the part was seized when we brought it in. Which is not the truth there was no way we could have known that. I'm not denying we asked for the spark plugs to be changed. I just don't understand how we bring in a vehicle that only needed spark plugs and walk away with a 1000 bill.Desired Settlement: I would pay for all of the parts they changed even though we only asked for the spark plugs. And for some of the labor, But I do not agree with 700.00 worth of labor when it was their technician who broke it.

This case was submitted at 1:18PM on July 2nd 2014, I personally spoke with Mr [redacted] sometime after 4:00 PM that day and asked him what he felt
would be a fair amount for the service rendered and we agreed to that amount. Mr [redacted] came in and paid the amount he suggested and took his vehicle.
