Review: In November 2014 [redacted] was hired to fix a leaking drain on the second story patio. While trying to find the source of the leak he ripped out the entire flooring of the second story patio (which is the roof to the first story bedroom and laundry room. He has attempted to fix it multiple times unsuccessfully. It has continued to leak each time it rains causing water damage to the ceilings, walls and carpet. Since January 19,2015 [redacted] has continued to say he is waiting on a roofer to come fix the roof.Desired Settlement: I would like the job to be completed ASAP. A new roof and a working drain on the exterior patio and correction of any water damage to the interior (new drywall, insulation, and carpet).
