On Jan. 21, 2019 I contacted Swann's regarding the chair I purchased had the seat seem come undown. I requested how this could be repaired. I was told that someone would call me regarding the situation. I have never received a call back. I call every time to ck on status. I emailed the manufacture and received email back saying the company that sold the chair has to file on warranty. I have called, sent pictures, called, sent pictures, still waiting on someone & something to be done. Last called on 03/04/19 told will check on it & call me - waiting.
I've been told that once the part comes in they need the chair to replace the seat. They will call & check on the item & call me - waiting on the call. I expect them to pick up the chair, replace the seat section with the matching color & return the chair to me at my home.

We need receive her initial complaint in January but there were 2 factory that we had to contend with. First, she purchased the recliner at a significant discount because we had it tagged "CLEARANCE - AS IS". Second, we no longer order from this company (part of the reason we were selling it as it) so getting parts can be tricky. The original pictures she sent in were forwarded to the factory for review & then they requested more pictures. I let the customer know what I needed & those were forwarded as well. I requested an update on the parts the weeks of 3/4 but was out of the store until 3/21. When I returned I had an email stating that her parts should be here the week of 3/25. I texted her that update & she thanked me. Her recliner is functioning properly, this is only a cosmetic issue that we are handling.

Yes the chair was on sale. No I was not told ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Yes I was told they no longer will carry this product. Was told if there is a problem to call them. It's not cosmetic. It's a major rip in the seat of the recliner. Yes I was contacted finally on 3/21 after being told nemorious times someone will call. After 2plus months of no response 1 tex, to me, does not constutcons communication.
On April 10,2019 my chair was returned repaired Tomy satisfaction. I would like to thank Revdex.com for assistance in this matter.

Custom sofa upholstery is defective.
We purchased a custom *** sectional *** for $*** on ***. We received in June of 2016, July of 2016 I noticed pulled cording and contacted Swann's Immediately. I went through ***, manager over furniture products and Mr *** himself. They sent out their technician which repaired by pushing the threads back in. I was told if still had issues to call back. The cording continued to pull. I contact Mr *** we talked several times. His solution was to replace the cushions with the same defective upholstery their technician replaced the casings. We are continuing to have issues with the cording. The new covers were replaced June of 2017. My complaint is not with the time it took but with the upholstery itself. They have all been very nice but my issue has yet to be resolved. The technician mentioned the upholstery was not the best for a sofa, I also contacted ***. I feel we gave a good amount of money for a sofa that is not going to hold up to daily use.
We would like the sofa upholstery to be replaced in upholstery that is durable enough for daily use.
Once we received this complaint, Mr. contacted the consumer directly & schedule an appointment to resolve the issue. The consumer will be totally taken care of.

I met with a *** at Swann's and was introduced to Mr. *** they were both very helpful and courteous. Mr. had me pick out new upholstery for my sofa and throw pillows. They are going to order the casings. Once received they will pickup my sofa and have it upholstered.
