Ordered 2 night stands 3 months ago. We have not received them yet.
Twelve weeks ago on January 8, 2012 we ordered two 4-drawer walnut nightstands. We were told by our salesperson, that they would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. After six weeks, we called our salesperson and spoke with her manager. We were told that it would be 4-6 weeks longer because the basic 4-drawer walnut nightstands were "special order". We asked to cancel that order and get two different nightstands from the store. We were told that is NOT their policy since the nightstands are "special order". Our invoice number is 0571. The item numbers are 429-704 and 429-702. It has been twelve weeks (3 months) and Swann's refuses to return our money, we are out $5,688.53, and we have no idea if or when we will ever receive the merchandise.
