Regards to complaint: # [redacted] Linda, This customer emailed us minutes before filing their Revdex.com claim, so she did not really give us any chance to respondI'm not saying we didn't make a mistake leaving out the bedskirt, but as far as I know all items were marked as presentI would have happily sent her a replacement, but it seems that there was something wrong with everything she received by her demeanorWithin minutes of her email, I had completely issued the buyer a full refund for the purchase and asked her to donate the bed sets to her local charity if they did not work for herSo she has the product as well as a full refund posted today 6/9/The customer requested a **% discount after purchase which we honored the day of her purchase, so she only was charged $***I have attached a screenshot which shows that the customer has in fact been completely reimbursed for the purchase without it even being sent back to us If you need more information please let me know [redacted] ***Swanky Outlet

I would have happily sent her a replacement, but it seems that there was something wrong with everything she received by her demeanor. Within 5 minutes of her email, I had completely issued the buyer a full refund for the purchase and asked her to donate the bed sets to her local charity if they did not work for her. So she has the product as well as a full refund posted today 6/9/2014.
