I'm beyond devastated with the services that was provided to me. This is my first time ever getting my hair done professionally in a salon, and I'm terrified to ever try it again. I corresponded with Jenni the night before my appointment. She said she could fit me in for Friday 7/24/20. I advised he I just wanted a color, cut, and drop conditioning. She told me to send a picture of my hair, on which I did. She recommended the keratin treatment, that it would cause my frizz to go down and make my hair silky and smooth. I asked if it causes any damage, because my hair if very thin and damaged. She assured me that it wouldn't. I go in for my appointment, which everything looked fine. I noticed that after she put the keratin treatment, that my head was burning, and some
Of my hair was coming out. I also told her I didn't want my curls to straighten, prior to the treatment but she said it wouldn't. In the process of blow drying my hair, I said hey I didn't want my hair straight. She kept telling me very condescending and rudely, that this is what's going to happen. I told her, hey you said it was just condition my hair. She got so upset and said we're going to wash it out and it won't be there anymore. She was very combative and argumentative. She washed it out. I said what about the color and cut. She said she will not do it, and too deal with it. I asked to speak to someone in the building that manages it, but she said no one was there. She than told me I needed to leave immediately. I was so humiliated. I than called and spoke to an owner by the name of Tina. Right from the start she said it was my fault all this happened. That I should have looked up everything prior to my hair getting done. I trust professionals whom let me down. I'm so scared and traumatized to get my hair done ever again. The owner and jenni just didn't care. My hair is now falling out and Getting even thinner. This business is a disgrace, I can't believe it's even open.
