Review: I purchased two high value items from this business and neither one was delivered. I received no communication from Swanbrook about my order after numerous emails and have come to the conclusion that the sale was fraudulent. I am pursuing reimbursement through the avenue that I used to purchase the items.I do not believe the state of New York wants business like this one operating within it's borders!Desired Settlement: Refund of monies. I don't believe this will happen from Swanbrook but I wanted to file this complaint so that other individuals looking to do business with this company might have pause and think twice. If I can save one consumer from this headache then my job is done.
