I ordered an item, and was sent the wrong itemCompany will not correct the item, or refundOffered to return item, still no response
I purchased a piece of scrapbooking paper for $on May 8thIt was a very specific piece of paper as it was the same print from my Grandmother's house - and she had just passed awayI was sent a COMPLETELY different piece of paper, not even close to the original printI contacted customer service for assistance, and was told that sometimes the printers mess upIt's a completely different item, nothing to do with the printerIt is now July 20th and I have heard no response, nor have I received any sort of compensation
