I am rejecting this response...

because:The response from Swan is inconsistent with the reality of actual events. The response attempts to negate the incident by indicating policy rather than apologizing or otherwise accepting the tangible. This in itself is an indication they have no concern for the way I was treated as they attempted to recruit me to invest money in their oil/gas venture. Last time I checked, approaching someone for an investment generates income and that is business.
