Swan Creek Auto Care and Detailing

Review: I was charged for an interior detail, and was told I would receive an interior detail. After walking around Lambertville with my 5 month old baby for 3 hours, I was picked up in my vehicle. Aside from the rubber floor mats looking cleaner than before, literally NOTHING in my car was cleaner, and in fact I noticed a sludge in the back that was not there before. When I asked about the fact the seats had dirt, dust, coins, hair pins, and every large and small debris that was there prior to "cleaning", the man admitted that they did not have their tools, nor did they have the steam cleaner. I was essentially robbed, and am reporting this all to the Revdex.com. You were missing all the tools and machiens and resources to perform the service, yet allowed me to pay for a service you knew you would never deliver. This is deceitful and unconscionable and in my opinion, evil. The young man with a beard was nice and felt horrible about what the owner has done, essentially robbing me. I insist on a full refund. The owner, when confronted, apparently couldn't care less and suggested I come back when they have their tools and steamer at another time, and didn't offer compensation. This is heinous and unacceptable. I lost 3 hours of my time, $106, and I was going to sell my car which I now cannot do because it's in awful shape. I have to now pay for another detail service.
