A refund check has been sent to Mr [redacted]. He apparently arrived on the finance managers day off. According to that manager Mr [redacted] had never officially agreed to purchase the car so no delivery was anticipated. In regard to the condition of the car; another customer purchased it...

shortly after and found it satisfactory. We are on a busy highway and the cars are exposed to road dirt from passing traffic; they are therefore cleaned on a regular basis. In the winter cleaning is sometimes delayed. We regret if that was the case during Mr [redacted]'s visit. It is not our policy to delay refunds and we are investigating how this could have happened. As you know your letters were being sent to an employee who has not worked for us for over 2 years. This also contributed to the delay. I am assuming that you have stopped sending complaints by mail so I will send a letter to correct the email. Over the years we have sold thousands of cars with few complaints and we value our relationship with the Revdex.com and wish to receive any complaints quickly so they can be responded to.
