We have not yet received the box back from the post office to issue the refund to this consumer. Once we do we will issue the refund to her account. Packages do sometimes take a long time via the [redacted] to be returned to sender. If we do not receive the package back by 4/*/15 which...
is one month from the date she returned the package to us I will go ahead and issue a refund to her account anyway.

Review: I cancelled my monthly subscription with Swaagbox and requested a refund for the box that I was charged for and did not want. I was told that they could refund me until the box was returned. A day or so later, the box arrived and I was told by customer service that I should mark the box RETURN TO SENDER, so I did.About a week after, I e-mailed customer service to see about my refund and they said they had not received the return yet. I gave it a few more days and then started to inquire daily or every other day about my refund. They then stopped responding to my e-mails and I have still not received a refund or a response to my e-mails. This all began approximately around the middle of February; it is not a few days before the end of March and I am still trying to handle this situation.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. Plain and simple. There isn't one thing this company could give me that could pacify my frustration and anger about this situation.
