We still have missing shutters and have not been able to get anyone out here

To finish the job, we have been promised at least a dozen times by the owner

Stacey [redacted] that he will be out to finish but he never shows, he was paid $900 dollars

For the job and cashed the check and has never finished. This had been a horrible

Experience and we just want the job finished even if we have to do it ourselves.Desired Settlement: I will finish the job but want a refund
