I am Writing in response to the complaint that you received at the Revdex.com for Swetness CorpThe [redacted] 's entered a legal, binding contract with our company for personal trainingThey have trained with our company but do not meet the criteria to cancel a contract based on relocation, permanent disability or deathOur sales staff is extremely ethical and would never sign for another person on a contractPer our own sales staff, it has been indicated that a relative Within Mr [redacted] 's family signed for him not our salespersonThe parties to the contract seem Satisfied with the service and other family members outside of the contract seem to be discontentWe are currently working with the [redacted] 's to modify their contract based on their own request.Sincerely,James M [redacted] Svetness Corp

to hear about her dissatisfaction with our service and we were unable to contact her via telephone and she asked that she be contacted by textWe did and cancelled her contract as per her request
