Sveltness Original

Review: On or about 3-21-12, I purchased (via US Mail) Sveltness weight-loss capsules (Svelt-14, order #FMI-XXXXXXX for $49.95), which had a 100% guarantee if not satisfied, if the unusedportion/bottle is returned to them. Shortly after, I returned the product/bottle and waited patiently for a refund. On 8-21-12, I called Sveltness and they told me they received my returned product, my refund was being processed and to call back if I do not receive it. I called back XX-X-XX and they told me that they would get back to me and never did. I called back again XX-XX-XX and I was told that this issue was being referred to "Management" and to call back next week. I called 1-2-13 and was told that I should receive a refund check in 7 to 10 business days and I never received the refund check. I also sent Sveltness a letter X-XX-XX in which I did not receive a response from. The reason I returned the product was because, not only did I not lose any weight, I actually gained a couple of pounds while using this product.
