Order has not been received and seller has stopped responding to emails.
I placed an order on Happy Trunks website on 5/15/2020 (which states you'll receive your order within 7 days). Part of the order finally shipped on 5/27/20 and the maxi skirt shipped 5/29/20. On 6/7/20 I emailed Happy Trunks to advise neither of the shipments had any tracking updates since 5/29/20. I received a response 6/8/20 stating that DHL doesn't give regular updates. The packages are coming from Thailand. I emailed Austin (the person that responded to my first email) at Happy Trunks again on 6/16/20 requesting a refund or update. He did not respond. I emailed again on 6/24/20 requesting a refund before disputing the charge through my credit card company. Still no response from the company (it is now 7/1/20 and book response to my two emails). Two days later (on 6/26/20) I received one package with two pants. Therefore I didn't want to go through a credit card dispute since I received part of the order. I cannot put in a claim with DHL for the lost package since it says the shipper has to do it. The company is no longer responding to emails to resolve the issue. Requesting a refund or the maxi skirt purchased. Thank you.
Preferably the maxi skirt I ordered otherwise a refund.
