If store does not have same product as bought can I exchange for a different toy
Review: around valentines day I received a gift from my boyfriend it happened to be a key ceres lace personal massager... which I have bought several items there myself which after a few weeks they stop working... which you only have 14 days to return the item which this has always happened that my product will stop working after the 14 days my luck. well im fed up with with this place now, i've spent a lot of money there and this particular item was a gift. ive called the store spoke with mgmt ([redacted]). they couldn't do anything about it so I took it upon myself and called corporate which ([redacted], XXXXXXXXXXX) was very helpful he set up a time and spoke with suzies mgmt let them know I was coming to return the failed product and receive a new one. they were supposed to give a receipt which this store said they could not do that huh but [redacted] said that's what I was supposed to so I walkd out w/o a new receipt but had my new product.
now that date was march 20th 2013 here it is april 30th and now the second product failed... the product was 69.00. I want a replacement plus my money back for my trouble I will never go back here again. I even contacted the product maker there web site is no good no one has contacted me back there is a warranty of 1 year for the product I have registered but the web page keeps bouncing back waste of time!!!!! can you please assist me in this situation. thanks.

as was stated in the customers letter she did contact me in regard to this issue. At that time she was told that she could return the merchandise for a new item. To my knowledge that was done and I have not heard back from the customer so I am unaware of any further problems with this purchase. We do have a return policy clearly posted in our stores that all returns must be done with in 14 days of purchase with receipt. I can assure you that the maker of this toy is a very reputable company and stands behind all of it's products. They do not produce inferior merchandise and if there are problems they do address them right away.
