being used by someone after the membership was cancelled. Either our system had the wrong number for the cancelled account or someone from the customers family was using the facility after cancellation. I called the member last week and apologized for the accusations. We have not had any more scan-ins with the cancelled members membership card -- Jim S***, owner of Tipton Lakes Athletic Club

The two cards which my family has were absolutely not used during the time in question. In fact, they had not been used for months prior to cancelling. Because the owner has only provided "possible" causes, and, does not appear to have have actually investigated to confirmed the root cause of the issue to remedy it, there is a likelihood that the issue will repeat. I am not satisfied with the response from this organization.
