Sutton's Gifted Hands Home Improvement

The complaint we have against Sutton Gifted Hands Home Improvement. Mr [redacted] came in to do some work for us in our home. Mr. [redacted] has agreed in writing to do this work for us. Mr. [redacted] has done property damage to our home. Mr. [redacted] job was to take out the vanity sink in the bathroom. During the process Mr. [redacted] knock a hole in the bathroom wall. Mr [redacted] laid some laminated rug in the bathroom, and a piece of rug is pushed up a little bit in the floor. The laminated rug is not install correctly. Mr. [redacted] install some laminated floor in one of our bedrooms, and it is not correctly installed. The bedroom Mr. [redacted] suppose to place some plywood in a small section in the bedroom where it was weak from a water burst from the water heater, and damage the bedroom floor. Mr. [redacted] did not install the plywood board in the bedroom to prevent a weak spot from happening again. Mr. [redacted] did not follow these procedures, and he knew it was suppose to be done. Mr. [redacted] did not what supposed to be done to bedroom area either. Mr. [redacted] left a pipe leak under the sink leaking. We are not pleased with his work at all. Mr. [redacted] claimed to come back to fix the mess he made, and he have not return. It is going on three weeks now still no Mr. [redacted]. We have reaced out to Mr. [redacted] about the matter every week texting & calling. Mr.[redacted] claims he is coming back out to do this work over. Mr. ** gives us a time frame when he is coming every week, and never show up. Mr.[redacted] have been giving us a complete run around.Thank You[redacted]Desired SettlementWe are seeking a solutions for half of money back. We need to get this issues resolve for home repairs.
