Review: I purchased a watch and it was too small.

Called company and was provided free links for the watch.

3 weeks later no links

called company said they were sorry they were moving and would send right away

3 weeks later no links

called company, now still moving but also watch is losing time.

company sent mailer for repair, advised would be around 2-3 weeks.

3 weeks later, called company, was told they were still moving it would be another 3 weeks.

Got watch, still did not have links and the crown was grinding.

Called company, was passed to 3 different people, the last disconnecting the call without speaking. 3 more attempts to call and finally got a person on the phone who was "taking ownership" and was told a mailer would be sent out to me.

2 weeks later, no mailer

called company feb [redacted], spoke to ray, stated a mailer would be sent.

Today 3/* no mailer.

Called company, ray, said he would send another one today.Desired Settlement: At this point I am tired of the service and constant promises to get things done that do not happen. I would prefer a watch of similar msrp or an advanced exchange sent out immediately. This watch was purchased on 10/**/2014 and I have yet to be able to wear it more than a few days. This is unacceptable. The company continues to blame a lot of this on the "move" that took apparently 4 months. During which time nothing was performed or done.
