I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
The response from The Right Touch is a completely inaccurate account of what transpired. First, our appointment was 120 minutes or 2 hours. The hours put forth from  The Right Touch are misleading and inaccurate. The services paid for were not received per the agreement negotiated. As such a full refund is required to prevent potential legal action on our part. We are willing to accept a refund as settlement for services NOT tendered sufficiently per said services offered. The bottom line is that we did not receive the services we requested and my wife's skin was died a black blue color that became very red and itchy for three days. We have documentation of her experience. Additionally the gift card mentioned of $25 was discarded in the trash at the salon as it was insulting. My wife mentioned this to the staff that called her following the incident. At this point we are seeking only a full refund. However, if this cannot be handled through the appropriate course of due diligence with the Revdex.com, then we will file a civil suit if necessary. This business should own up to their terrible treatment of people; I was burned in the shower as I mentioned, they disregarded my wife's privacy by bursting in on her nude, they died her skin that left her with a painful rash, and they didn't provide the shoulder tissue massage requested. I can see no reason why this business would take any other course of action than to refund our terrible experience and lack of services. If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]
