BEWARE FROM THIS DEALER...They don't even deserve one star. I had an appointment to see a 2014 [redacted] I took my sister (she was buying the car) to see the car. On the way to the dealer I received a email from the saleswoman reminding me to have my sister bring her pay stub etc for financing and how she was looking forward to meeting us. This was literally on our way to the dealer, I actually opened the email when I parked the car in their lot. We go inside and some guy sat us by his desk and told us I'll be helping you because the lady you were talking to is our internet sales manager. He goes walks around for 5 mins and is talking to someone and then he comes back and informs us the car that we had an appointment to see was sold last night. I told him we just got an email on the way here and why wernt we told that it was sold we wouldn't have come and wasted our time. He didn't offer any apology didn't say a word and we just walked out. It's either a bait and switch or they did sell the car. I don't know which reason is worse, if they did sell it last night that means this "ford megastore" is unorganized and their managers should be fired because they hire incompetant employees that don't update the system or keep record of what's sold.

During the purchase transaction [redacted] signed documents indicating he was purchasing a 2005 Ford F-150 with 154,300 miles AS IS.  He signed an "Optional Product Disclosure" form rejecting all warranties.  He also signed a "Buyer's Guide" which states the vehicle was being...

purchased "As Is." In conjunction with those two forms, [redacted] signed a "We Owe" stating, "Sold As Is And Shown".  [redacted] was fully aware of what he was purchasing and signed documents indicating such.  Since [redacted]s a customer, Sutton Ford is willing to assist him in purchasing a used engine for his vehicle. If he is willing to contribute $2,500.00 towards the purchase of the engine, Sutton will contribute the balance plus all labor costs.Sutton Ford makes every effort to extend exemplary service to all its customers.
