Dear Revdex.com,
Though we can understand her concerns, we worked with Ms*** *** every step of the way to ensure she was given the best serviceHer Signature Service appointment was scheduled outside of our office hours, on February 21st, to accommodate her scheduleAfter her first draft was sent on time on 3/3/2014, she let us know that she had concerns with her draft on 3/5/On 3/6/2014, we had a Partner from the company give her a call and provide her with live revisions over the phone, and adjusted it for an additional dayIn addition to her live revisions, she was also given plenty of job search strategy advice (outside of the scope of the call), as she actively pursues another company away from her current position at Fannie Mae
Once the revisions were sent back to her, we completed her LinkedIn profile, and she scheduled a call with our LinkedIn specialist, after the initial complaint to the Revdex.com which is why her entire process took so long.
It should also be noted, that Ms*** said that she "LOVED" her resume, and never showed a hint of being upset outside of being concerned about some of the content on her resume, which was explained to her, along with a few adjustments (adjustments are since it was just a first draft)We've attached relevant screenshots for proof, and can forward any and all emails for further investigation if necessary.
We wish Ms*** *** well in her job search, and hopefully she's able to use her new Resume and LinkedIn Makeover to her advantage as she seeks to leave Fannie Mae.
Please let us know if there are any further questionsThank you for helping to facilitate this process
Hello, I wanted to send in an update regarding complaint ID # ***The customer has not responded to our email and has received the amount he paid back on his cardPlease let me know if this is enough to resolve the issue.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Smashing Resumes delivered the last of what I paid for yesterday (4/23/14) - that is 9 weeks after I paid for the service. So, while they have delivered, what it took for them to do so is egregious! I am not satisfied and won't be without a refund. But they say they don't give refunds. People need to know that this is a bad company to do business with.
Regards,
