I have been told by those who know me that I do not have the capacity to do transactions and should not be signing contracts. It has taken several months to get an appointment with a nuerologist and I finally got tested Friday 2/14/20 Last November, *** made an appointment and came with his assistant and a friend who sells property insurance. Even after he said I would not have to pay anything for anything and that I could cancel anytime at not cost (in front of my friend ***) It still ended up in the contract. I don't remember signing a contract and did not get a copy of the contract that day. When I tried to cancel the contract after 55 days Mr. said I owed him $2000 for pictures. A friend also noticed that a portion of the contract, which was mailed to me, had a paragraph crossed out which I had not initialed. And "any time" turned out to be a year. I cancelled because Mr. would not ask to come to my home but would tell me he was coming. I feel certain that he went through my personal papers and I am missing important papers. I have had to change the locks on my doors and hide my possessions. His friend sold me a $2100 home owners policy that he said was due for renewal in November 2019 only to find out the renewal date is 2/28/20.
