Sutter General Hospital

Review: I have been in contact with the billing department of Sutter General Hospital for five months attempting resolve an over payment of a bill issue. So far I have placed nine phone calls and spoken to four different individuals. I have also submitted all of the requested documentation to prove my point and have received confirmation from the billing representatives and supervision that my documentation is in order and does indeed satisfy the requirement to prove my point, yet I am told that the central billing office is holding the matter and that they will not give any attention to this. With every call that I place I am promised a call back with an update, but to date only one of those call backs has occurred. I am also told that the SGH billing group is attempting to raise the priority of my claim with the central billing group, but this has been the response for weeks now. My last call to SGH billing was on 3/30 and I am again waiting for a call back when there is an update.Desired Settlement: My desired resolution is a full refund of the over payment,
