I received a picture from [redacted]/ Southerland Management. I must replace or repair garage door or assume consequences including Deed restriction. Do you see any damage in the picture they sent me? They don't offer model # or manufacturer number. I was told, I must figure out by myself, because other did. Can you send an inspector to tell me about the big damage that will cost me up to $1,000 for replacement if they tell me the model number. Do you want to see the picture? Bad business.
